Declaration Brewing tapped the Centurion Pilsner last week as part of a state-wide outreach effort to move potable reuse and purified water forward in Colorado. Carollo worked with Denver Water to produce purified water through a five step, non-reverse osmosis based treatment process, and delivered the purified water to Declaration to produce this beer. You can find the Centurion Pilsner at Declaration’s tap room, or look for it later this month, canned and in local beer establishments!
