The City of Oak Harbor, WA, Clean Water Facility project has been honored with the ENR Northwest 2020 Water/Environment Best Project award. The state-of-the-art Clean Water facility will support the city’s future growth, reclaim valuable resources from wastewater, enhance community recreation, and protect Puget Sound. Carollo led the design of the facility and partnered with Oak Harbor, the community, and the entire team to make this project a success.
